Croit Anna Hotel - Fort William

The room is spotless with a lovely view of the mountains.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Fort William.

It was in a marvellous location deep in the highlands.

Heated, compact room with great view, clean bed plenty of hot water, for example. Polite and understanding people working here. Everything good. Incredible location in front of the river and lovely area.

Not particularly friendly staff!

Comfortable facilities in general, great and fab location away from town centre. Pleasant views of the lake from cheap rooms, welcoming employees. Cold drinks at beer bar, friendly service.

The room had fine views of the loch, made waking up each morning a delight. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I dined at the hotel one evening, and while the meal was okay, the dining service felt a bit slow because they were busy with large groups. The breakfast had a decent selection, but I had to wait a while for coffee. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and lounge, inconvenient as I wanted to catch up on emails in my room. The decor in some areas felt quite dated, but the cleanliness and comfort of my room made up for that. I really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge with those beautiful loch views, even if the weather wasn't the best. The bathroom was well-appointed with good water pressure in the shower, but there were some dust spots in corners that could be addressed. Everything considered, it was an enjoyable stay, and I'd definitely return for the views and lovely staff.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The beds provided an excellent night's sleep. While breakfast options should improve, the fine views from the common areas really enhance the experience. Future guests should make a dinner reservation early to ensure availability and consider a taxi into town for convenience.

We had a cozy family getaway, enjoying lots of space in our twin room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a fantastic way to start our days. Plus, the views from the front of the hotel are amazing!

For dads, it would be great to have more entertainment options for kids.

Enjoyed the live music in the bar, especially when they played the 'Skye Boat Song'. The entertainment was great!

Staying at Croit Anna Hotel was lit! The room had amazing views of the loch, and we really loved the spacious layout. The staff were super friendly. Plus, the karaoke nights in the bar created such a fun atmosphere, and we couldn't resist joining in!

We had a blast during our stay, especially when the staff set us up with plates for our takeout dinner in the cozy bar after we found the restaurant fully booked. Plus, the great live music made our evening even more enjoyable as we laughed and mingled with others. My only small gripe was the floorboards creaked a bit, but it didn't dampen our fantastic experience. 🎉

I spent two nights here and loved the lovely views from the dining room, the well-cooked meals (especially the haggis! ) And the joy of using an excellent shower after hiking Ben Nevis. I'd definitely return!

A charming step back in time!

Just spent a couple of nights and it's like a cozy trip to the past! The staff were super friendly, and my room had a lovely view of the loch. Breakfast was fab, with a real '50s vibe. The only thing was the room had a weird bleach smell. Still, totally recommend it for a unique experience!

The room was clean, but the Wifi connection was unreliable throughout my stay.

Service was impressive, especially from Sarah, who efficiently handled check-in and other requests. The view over the loch is beautiful, rooms are spacious, but some areas felt dated and could use an update. Food was decent, though a tad limited on weekends for entertainment.
